Materials / Fabrics
Fleece Fabric
Fleece is a commonly used fabric for making jackets such as varsity jackets and hooded sweatshirts. The outer surface of fleece feels similar to a T-shirt, but the inside is fluffy and 3–4 times thicker than T-shirt material, with a fabric weight of around 280–290 gsm.
We provide 2 types of fleece fabric options, which are Polyester Fleece (PE fleece) and Cotton Fleece (Cotton-CVC fleece).
PE Fleece
PE Fleece Fabric, also known as polyester fleece, is made entirely from polyester material. The outer surface is slightly smooth with a slightly shiny appearance. It is the best choice for those who want jackets at an economical price.

Cotton Fleece
This cotton fleece fabric is also known as cotton CVC fleece because of its blended composition of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. It is a soft fleece fabric that provides warmth while staying comfortable and breathable, so it does not feel excessively hot.

Please also share your contact details, delivery location, and when you need the jackets ready.If you have a planned budget for your order, do not hesitate to let us know. We will help you adjust the design and jacket specifications to suit your budget.
Make Payment
We will inform you of the price, payment methods, and issue an invoice.
Production Process
After receiving your payment, we will start the production process of your clothing, beginning with jacket preparation, then decoration, and finally packaging.
Delivery
Once your jackets are completed, we will notify you. If there is any outstanding balance, it must be settled first; we will then ship your order immediately via courier service.

There is no minimum order, you can order from just 1 piece of varsity jacket.
Yes, you can. However, please understand that producing a sample requires time to complete, and it may affect the delivery deadline for the bulk jacket order later. Please ensure you have a sufficiently long timeline.
We are ready to help you create your varsity jacket design. Please provide us with detailed information about the varsity jacket you wish to order — fabric type, colours, decorations, and so on.
We charge a small and reasonable fee for designing your jacket.
Please note that we do not design logos such as company logos, association logos, and similar.
Sample production takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
Bulk order production takes around 3 to 8 weeks or longer, depending on the quantity, design, and our production schedule at the time your order is received.
For urgent orders, it is subject to our production capacity at the time the order is placed.
The payment method is bank transfer. We will inform you of our bank account details and transaction procedures. The payment term is full payment.
You do not need to visit us to place an order.
All discussions and payments are done fully online, saving you time and expenses.
Delivery will take approximately:
- West Malaysia (Peninsular): 4-5 days
- East Malaysia: 5-8 days
- Singapore: 3-4 days
If there are any quality issues or problems with the varsity jackets ordered that are caused by our side, we will repair or replace them.
