What are Eraine Creative’s varsity jackets made of?
Our varsity jackets are made of high quality cotton fleece. We also have taslon parachute and synthetic leather as another choice of materials. Apart from that we also have several choices of fabric for inside lining layer.
Can you deliver our varsity jackets once they are complete?
Yes, we can deliver your varsity jacket throughout Malaysia and all over the world.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, our minimum order requirement for custom varsity jacket is 10 pieces.
I want to order for my group. Can I mix colours and designs?
No, you cannot. For every group order, all the jacket colour, design, and specification must be the same. Only the sizes can be mixed.
Can I request for embroidery or chenille patch?
Chenille patch is only available for order quantity above 50pcs. If below than 50 pieces, we will offer options regular embroidery, applique embroidery and printing.
Do you make ‘ladies cutting’?
We only make unisex cutting.
In actual, the difference between the two cuttings is just that the ladies cutting is about two sizes smaller than the unisex cutting. For example, if you (ladies) want an S (Small) size jackets, you can choose our XS or XXS sizes.
How to create the design and place an order?

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchase of jackets?
Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk purchase of jackets depending on the order quantity.
What is the turnaround time to complete an order?
The turnaround time to complete custom varsity jacket is between 6 to 8 weeks.
What is the payment process for group orders?
We require 60% advance deposit or full payment and the balance is to be paid upon receipt of the jackets or before delivery.
Can we add custom made patches to be incorporated into the jackets?

Will I be charged for delivery of the jackets?
Yes, shipping cost will be borne by customer and its cost is based on the total weight of the order and customer’s location.
What if my jacket does not fit?
Each jacket is custom made to the customer’s specifications and as such we cannot replace it or accept returns, unless the mistake comes from our side. Thus, we recommend you to read our standard size chart prior to purchase.
