Embroidery is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with designs stitched in strands of thread or yarn using a needle. Embroidery is the most often recommended decoration for clothing like jacket.
We have several types of embroidery that can be used on your jacket:
Regular embroidery
This type of embroidery is made directly on the clothes. Usually we will use computerized embroidery machine for mass-production (large quantity order) and for small scale order or for sample, we will use free-motion embroidery machine (manual).
Embroidery Patch
Embroidery patches were made on a piece of thick fabric and then cut to the shape. This patches are then sewn or affixed to the garment.
Chenille Embroidery Patch
Chenille is a type of embroidery that uses wool thread and the surface look like a carpet. This embroidery is very popular to decorate varsity jacket.
Applique Embroidery
Applique Embroidery is the technique of taking a pattern of one material, laid on another which forms the ground. The edges of the cut-out design are either sewed over, ornamented with fancy cord, braid, gold thread, or any other appropriate material.
